I redesigned the Cash Card issuance flow to allow seamless insertion into current and future financial services. I added the ability to customize Cash Cards, a previously only available feature in the Card tab. I prototyped a novel implementation of iOS 16's Live Activities for customer support inquiries, and built a widget for customers to track transactions from their Android and iOS home screens. I also worked on a new financial service.
